For more than 20 years, Cinthya has led intentional and measurable Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) outcomes. Her leadership characteristics of inclusion, trust, resilience, relationships, and results are based of lived experiences including success stories of rising through the corporate ranks of a Fortune 50 global company, impacting various industries, and successfully leading transformative organizational impact for the third largest city in Oklahoma by developing and executing its comprehensive DEI strategy.
Her foundational leadership began early, navigating life as a young immigrant, mastering the English language and education pathways to be a first-generation Latina college graduate, working through some of the toughest moments of life and getting back up.
